Requirements Analysis
Meet with client to determine the direction of the project and what is required for the project.
Planning Phase
Meet with the client to identify features, and with the help of the client break the features down into user stories and prioritize each one.
Design Phase
Designing the outline for the sprint and what user stories will be focused on for that particular sprint
Develop Phase
In this phase, the software is developed and tested until the completion of the sprint.
Release Phase
The software is given to the client for review. After the review of the software, the client gives the team feedback and the sprint process loops back to the design phase. Once finished, the software moves to the tracking phase.
Tracking Phase - Current Phase
The finished product is delivered to the customer, and the team will continue to do maintenance on the product if possible.
