Team,

    * Use req specs from last year's team for admin and also have the functionality to search by MAC address and serial number. Ken and Eric also decided that the ping option is no longer neccessary. Our map should identify Network Closets, as well.
    * Use MAJIK's req specs for Faculty.
    * Third user is Department Head. They should be able to see all available network devices in their department, but not be able to change them. Biology Department Head can see 1st floor and basement of Morell and Chemistry Department Head can see 2nd floor of Morell
