Purpose: Assign software plan duties and set up PC’s
    - We’ll use Trace solutions software plan as our template
    - Chan has 2.1 – 2.6
    - Devin has 2.6 – 2.11
    - Zach has 1.1 – 1.5
    - Josh has 1.6 – 1.11
    - Dustin is responsible for organization of software plan materials.
